Jamboree On The Air – JOTA 2019

At JOTA we got access to 38 million scouts in the world in 216 countries …that’s only 5 countries missing!

More than 40 Lightwater beavers, cubs and scouts headed to the head
quarters of scouting – Gilwell Park, London for JOTA/JOTI Jamboree On
The Air / Internet. We built our own radio transistors and tried out
different communication devices. Skype, internet, radio. For part
of the day we also tried some more adventurous activities – Climbing.

And just incase you are wondering….its North Korea, Cuba, Andorra,
Laos and Vatican City that are the only countries in the world without
scouts.
