Lightwater Village Fete
Another fantastic turn out for the village fete again this year! The scout Leaders and Supporters supplying a non stop stream of burgers for the hungry crowd, while the cubs made bug houses to sell and helped Surrey Border Lions to re assemble the skittles on the bowling alley. A large thank you to George Arthurs for the supplies and to all the volunteers that enabled us to raise a few more pennies towards our scouting endeavours – you are all very much appreciated! …and finally a large thank you to Alan Meeks of Windlesham and Camberley Camera Club, Pam Newman and Fiona Karimjee for the photos.
